Leadership Development for the New & Emerging Non-Profit Leader

 

This workshop responds to the strong call for leaders with the capability to lead in ever-changing business environments with clear vision and to foster a motivated, productive workforce committed to achieving the organizations’ competitive advantage.

 Learning Goals for this workshop are to introduce emerging and experienced leaders to:

• Effective leadership practices, including the ability to create a shared vision

• Differing leadership styles and sources of leadership power

• Processes that deepen awareness of beliefs, assumptions and perceptions to influence leadership, and common obstacles to effective leadership
